friday night threatened to be among the most mortifying moments of my life, but ended up being not only pain-free, but also surprisingly fun!
! with next to no broadcasting experience, i was thrown right into the line of fire by
juicy couture, who hired me to host a three-hour livestream from their 5th avenue
fashion's night out party with
erin fetherston.
foolhardy as it may sound, this collaboration actually made a bit of sense. you see, i've recently joined forces with
erin to help launch her new and improved
website, which includes her first-ever
e-commerce shop and
blog ~ and just debuted yesterday! between this new interactive interface, tonight's runway show (which will also be live-streamed, starting around 6:45!), and
erin's illustrious design post at
juicy, it's a really exciting time for both brands, and i'm pretty thrilled to be along to document bits of the adventure.

ad-libbing on camera for hours on end was certainly a challenge, but thankfully
juicy really knows how to throw a party, so there was nary a dull moment.
