i always seem to slip into a fashion funk once late august rolls around. at this point, i'm so over all my summer clothes! it's too late in the season to justify buying more, but too soon to start busting out fall goodies. basically, i just want to jump straight to being able to wear thiiiis:

hah, yeah...fall clothes are the best aren't they? It seems like the most versatile season. Sadly, fall in LA takes forever to come around...or at least weather in which fall clothes are appropriate.

Agreed!!!! I want to bust out my jacket collection but for the most part it's way too hot to do that =( But the weather was cool due to massive amounts of rain. so I wore a jacket and that perked me up =) Also finding the perfect bit of clothing that is transitional does me a world of good as far as my wardrobe morale is concerned...
i completely understand your frustration with this time of year. in my case it's way to hot to wear anything for fall, but i've already fallen in love with the chunky knits, fur vests, and camel haired coats i've seen everywhere.

those are great, i love the leopard print! i totally hear ya on the getting over summer clothes, it's been so hot lately i haven't been able to wear anything fashionable! and it's way to early to start wearing jackets, which i am totally looking forward to because i love being bundled up in sweaters and scarves and boots! :)
