{ a very still breeze }

{ karen walker sunnies, borrowed portmans jacket, gifted alice+olivia dress, american apparel clutch, stuart weitzman boots }

kind of obsessed with this jacket right now ~ it's from the australian brand portmans, with whom i'm currently working on a fun, upcoming collaboration. and it looks good with everything i've tried. the curved hem (especially that oh-so beguiling back), the cropped sleeves, the lightly padded shoulders, the multi-seasonal weight.... all combine to create a little bit of perfect. this new dress ain't half-bad either; together, they feel appropriate for almost anything, while imbuing just the right amount of mystery.

That dress is incredible. I like how it has a slightly witchy feel to it but isn't too heavy or goth looking. Love it!

i love the backless dress under the blazer- so sexy and hidden! and just the fact you made that dress into a daytime look.

i love the fact that it is a dress, not a skirt. i was never that keen on skirts with tricky textures and pointy ends!! but i love the color of the dress and you know how to work with it. the jacket is magnificent because it is both sophisticated and peculiar. love the shoulders. the best part are the earrings, what an idea and i definitely have to copy that idea
