all of the fur-pouf surprises and vintage-y jewels in the new j.crew look book have me pining extra hard for the arrival of fall. it's my favorite season to dress for! and yet there's still so long to wait.

Fall: The season you can wear your clothes and not feel like ripping them off because it's 104 outside--the season you can be fashionable.

Fall is definitely the season where layering can truly be fun. You can have fun with layering because it's cool enough to be practical but not so cold that all your layers are kept hidden beneath thick coats and never get to see the light of day.

I would say J.Crew has been spot on with their catalogs for a couple of years now - I look forward to flipping through the pages almost as much I look forward to my monthly fashion mags. They've stepped up the style factor and are doing a fantastic job!
JCrew has really impressed me lately; I find myself ripping pages from their catalogues to keep as inspiration for my own assignments and daily styles.

I just read the article. I have to say I am in awe. I thought the photoshoot belonged to a high fashion brand for their fall collection or something. It's amazing how she has turned something as simple and within reach as J Crew into something to covet. :)
