after a long and lovely holiday, i am once again in new york city. it's good to be back, but having just returned from a sunday stroll, let me tell you: i did not miss the biting cold. luckily i had a fantastic faux-fur scarf/hoodie hybrid, plus another fuzzy buddy to warm me up:

meet BUNNY!

this little bitty is the newest member of the glamour family. technically, she was my christmas gift from the GlamourGuy, but anyone who follows my twitter account knows he and i have been visiting her for months, almost since she was born. now she's finally grown big enough to leave her birth mummy and be mine full time!
today i took her on her first shopping spree. nyc law requires her to be leashed when she's out on the streets, so we bought her a pretty pink leather harness and lilac leash. she hates them.

baby Bunny is perfectly content to stay in my purse at all times. unfortunately, the bag she likes best is this mint-green, way-too-spring satchel. i tried to tell her it didn't match my outfit, but she didn't really care. hmmm... GlamMummy needs a big black bag, pronto!

{wearing: custom sunnies, h+m hoodie/scarf, diy studded gloves, rachel rachel roy black bag & transformer coat (remember its last incarnation?!?), saks mint-green satchel, neiman marcus cashmere sweater, f21 shorts, target tights, topshop boots}
methinks she's going to become quite the regular on this blog. she already has her own twitter feed, i've jammed my iphone's hardrive with pictures of her every move...

...and she's quickly amassing a considerable wardrobe. she doesn't know it yet, but i suspect some sparkly necklaces will soon be in the works for her as well. turns out this papillon puppy is actually a little GlamourRabbit!

Love your Bunny!!!You look so stylish even it s cold there!
Nuheila
ohhh your puppy is so cute!!! you might want a pretty durable black bag since little puppies are a little bit... accident prone?
love your blog!
So I don't normally like little dogs (I have big black labs!) but Bunny is so cute. My mom used to call me bunny girl (I think because I had a bunny printed coat at age 3), so I'm particularly partial to the name :)
sooooo adorable! makes me want another puppy! congrats on the new addition!

oh my, what a cute little doggie!! ADORABLE. Those gloves are so FABULOUS.
PS- Love that lipstick shade(unless that is your natural lip color, and then i will be sad that i cant purchase it ;) ) Let me know if this is bought or natural wonder.

Oh no! Her little head poking out of your bag is TOO MUCH for me. She looks like a toy. A doll!!! I can tell she will have an excellent mommy. Welcome home, Bunny!
I just about keeled over and died when I saw the little Bunny peeking out from the mint green bag.
Too much cute in one little body! Congratulations on getting her, I can't wait to see more!

She's so cute! Congrats on your new addition!
Iggy would travel everywhere in a bag if I let him, Unfortunately, his twelve pounds of cuteness is a little too much these days. I loved putting him a bag when he was a pup though! Have fun with her!
you look amazing!
amazing as always ^^!
and your 'bunny' is just so cute!
give her one big kiss from me! <3

She is a doll!!! Can't wait to see more of her!
As a dog-mom myself, I'm hear to tell you that new avenues of shopping and fashion are about to open up for you. My dog is large, so his only splurges are fantastic collars and leashes...but for Bunny...you will find a whole 'nother world out there. You might want to consider doing a sidebar blog sharing your doggie accessory discoveries!
Congratulations!
Oh, I am so envious...congratulations! She is precious. And I'm sure she will take on her mummy's fabulous fashion sense...she'll be in a season-appropriate bag in no time flat.
I'm totally following GlamourRabbit on Twitter. Seeing her just makes me smile, especially since I can't have a dog of my own at the moment!
And I just totally died of happiness. First, for the little papillon, second for the name. My pappy-wawa's name is Kitty, and her sister Petunia was *TOTALLY* going to be Bunny (or Monkey, that was the runnerup) but then I have this thing called a marriage, and with that comes a Husband, and with a Husband comes (UGH) compromise- so she ended up Petunia.
So I am living and squeaking vicariously through you, lovely lady. BUNNY! EEEEEK! I want to snuggle that little face!
i want your doggggie and your fab sunglasses
HOW CUUUUUUUUUUUUUTE!!!!
100% CUTENESS!
Oh My Dog!
That is absolutely the most adorable bit of puppy love ever!!!
I hate to tell you this, but it really won't matter whether your bag goes with your outfit or not. With that sweet face peeping over the top, no one is looking at the bag!
Cutest thing ever! Awww...my vocabulary always gets reduced to 'aww' and 'ooh' and 'cutie pie' around fluffy adorable animals. Normally I hate little dogs, Legally Blonde-style, because I think they're so tacky and Paris Hiltonish. But she's adorable.
BTW I thought the mint was a deliberate stroke of brilliance. I was walking around the West Village today, camera in hand of course, and everybody was wearing black/navy...even me. Blehh, how dull and wintery. Looks like your pet has some serious style vibes going on there.
your pup is absolutely adorable! congratulations on the new addition
Bunny is so so gorgeous! I've added your blog to my blogroll :)
i'm ready for spring! i love the hoodfur thingy!
o hai, glamourai.
Just wanted to tell you I mentioned your blog in my very first post on a blog that my twin sister and I just started. I look forward to exploring the world of blogging - you make it look so fun!
Cheers!

oh my god, she is ADORABLE!!! i am planning on getting a pomeranian puppy when my life situation is dog-friendly. papillons and poms look similar, so i am dying right now! you're a very lucky girl, with a wonderful guy to get her for you!
Oh my God, CUTTTTEEEE! And WHAT a sweet name.

I've been reading your blog for some time now (referred by Elena in CA - we're business partners!) I've loved it all, but Bunny has prompted me to write. She's a DOLL! Definitely will go with any outfit you wear!

www.diamondsandtulle.blogspot.com
you both look SO cute. Love the outfit, nearly bought the fur snood from H&M myself. x
She is absolutely adorable! I've been wanting a puppy for ages
she looks so funny and so self-confident already. absolutely adorable. lucky you! :)
i really like your blog, and i love your style!!
lot of love,
neva.
Congrats on getting Bunny!! She's adorable.
p.s. did you graduate from UT austin?
"apparel" design?
You said that the bag doesn't match the outfit but I disagree - I think the unexpected shock of mint green makes the outfit and prevents it from being too typical pretty, do you get what I mean? Anyway, been following your blog for a while and wanted to say I really admire your style - always impeccable yet unique and a bit eccentric, and I see quite a bit of Holly Golightly influences, am I right? Love it. Keep doing what you're doing!
Sam
Bunny is the cutest, sweetest accessory a girl could want!
